Wrong billing and non reciept of bill timely

Dear sir,
I Sri Pranjal Borah resident of Tinsukia, Assam have recieved the landline connection with broadband after a long harrasement. I installed the modem myself with my personnel computer on 16-01 without any clear instruction of the BSNL authority for the installation of the hardware equipments though i had asked for it for many more times. No satisfactory reply was received from the bsnl office. More over i did not receive any bill for a long time. Then on 27-02 I had got a message on my cellphone about the bill of my B phone- 2340351[landline] of Rs. 4199.00/- only with due payment date on 28-02.I assume that such a huge ammount of bill is not correct as i hardly use my landline phone. I connected it only for the use of broadband otherwise i preffer to use my cellphone.
That Sir, use of broadband for just a month must not be a cause of the above mentioned bill amount. I have paid it with a duplicate bill and served an application for the billing details for which i hope, i will get it soon. More over through this site I urge to mark here that we the customers do not recieve the phone bills timely which causes us to pay an extra surcharge unneccessarilly.
This isfor your kind information and neccesary action please.
