We regret to inform you that this is the fifth reminder letter to you that our telephone No.0612-2363611 is not working and is completely dead for more than one year.

You always assure that telephone will be operating soon, but it is only your fake commitment, Earlier we made lots of telephonic and written complaints on the following dates: 21.08.08, 03.11.08, 03.12.08, 16.01.09, but still the position remain same.

In spite of our repeated attempts for the past few months, still our phone is out of order and we are helpless, what to do and how to proceed the matter to get a better service, is very much disappointing and frustrating to us.
