BSNL Land Line Number in Baner Pune not working

From NOv 08 BSNL Phone line in Baner Opposite Sadanand Resort Pune is not working, BSNL is giving same answer verytime that it will be done. It's really frustatating and top of that they are sending bills.

When I see there advertsiment on TV BSNL Connecting, i Really get angry.

Please help all people in MY area
