Dear sir,

My mobile number is 9486798105. I have add booster card rs. 99/= in my mobile on 04-03 valued up to 04-04. Today i made a call (Bsnl No:9443791558) to bsnl number at 20 seconds the call cost was 0.70 paise instead of 0.10 paise. Please refund the over charge amount from me. kindly do the needful
