Sub: outgoing call de-activated.

Dear sir,

I am dipankar thakur mobile no;-9432575448, account no:-312160790, from gangapur, duttapukur, 24 pargana (n), 743248, doing several call to your customer care regarding my mobile faulte.

the particular mobile out going call was de-activated from 5th of march 09, but it was not solve by your people all though they dont inform me what exatctly happend.(only convey the message that my request had been send).
