INTERNET STUCK UP

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The windows is getting stuck up when tried to open a website & one more internet explorer page is getting opened showing (NOT RESPONDING). when complained on 1500 (the number given at the time of providing connection) the persons are not talking properly & on saturday evening they didn"t bother to attend me..
