Over Billing

I have a lanadline connection of No:(02522) 225071 along with Broadband connection. I had activated Home500c plan for my connection whch includes zero fixed monthly charge and 175 free calls. but from Sept I recived bill with 180 rupees fixed monthly charge along with 500 combo charge and i got only 50 free calls. I sumbit a written complaint to Commercial Office in B.S.N.L Bhiwandi (Dist: Thane) on 26/02 and they assured that caplaint will be resolved and in next bill over amount will be adjust and bill will be free from abnormalities but I reiceived a bill on 18/03 with same abnoramlities and no amount is adjusted in the bill.
