Account Not being renewed

Dear Sir

I was having one sancharnet acount with user name zhilmil. It was to expire on 14 Mar 09.I tried renewing this in feb 09 but i could not get renewal cards as BSNL has stopped printing them. At Ludhiana I was told I should deposit cash to get it renewd. On depositing Cash I was told that since this account was generated from Jammu it can only be renewed from Jammu.

I tried this at Jammu also but no one helped me on this. I have writen many mails to jammu and ludhiana node but yet to get any reply

Please help as I want to continue this account
