BSNL Broad band connection

My BSNL Broad band connection has been not working since Dec. I have repeatedly made complaints to the exchange, but till date i have not got any response. My phone number is 080 - 25346689. I have been regularly getting Billed for the internet, modem charges and monthly rental, but no move has still been made to rectify this problem. Kindly look in to this at the earliest.
