Landline not working

Dear Sir

I am Seeni Rahmathullah, complainining that my telephone is not working since one month. My wife has been complaining many more times, but no response. I am in Dubai, I could not contact my childrens and family members. My Children examination is started, I am unable to give advise to my children through telephone to well preparation of annual exam.

Hence try to solve this problem on today.
