Barred Tariff Facilities within one week

I have recharge my number 9451736427 with tariff voucher of Rs. 300 which makes my all local calls to bsnl free. Unfortunately just after one week company started charging money however the validity of tariff is for 30 days. Kindly consider the complaint. As I called customer care center so many times they logged the complaint and said your problem will be sorted out in within 24 hours however it is more than 72 hours now.
