Network problem

I m living in greater noida which comes under bsnl up west circle.i am not getting network of bsnl continuously in alpha 1 c block .it is very difficult to make and recieve calls without network.

mobile phone is turned out to be a toy for the bsnl subscribers in this area.

plz take proper action and make available the network here.
