Excess billing

I am Ramesh Chandra Singh staying at women's Qr no-F4, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. I have taken BSNL home 500c plan last month (9th april). But the bill for the month of April is quite unpredictable. The bill is above Rs 8000/-, though I never expect such a huge bill, which is quite unpredictable for a user. And there is no resemblance between the bill and the plan i have taken. Though there is a free call of 175, they provided only 58 (why?). And it has written that there will be a payment of only 80paise/mb per extra download per it has given a net usage of 710/-(with an extra download of 20mb only). So this is a complete wrong bill. Action should taken for this. And BSNL should take proper care for making bills.
