Network complain

Snl is worst network because it is an government company and it will not get network, when i try to call of it one cell no i want to try to it 5 times, and to finish to speak iwant to call 10 times because it will be net work fail particularly on chennai it seems to be waste and coustomercare answers for many questions are no facility, cant do sir, it fate to use of it
