Excess bill in broadband combo plan

This is to request you that under my telephone no. MJL 2480863consumer no. WUPMRD200321580 BILL SERIAL NO.T040420091343302 pg no.352 for the period 01-03 to 31-03 broadband user charges is Rs.2452 excluding broadband rent under combo plan Rs.500 has been wrongly charged. During the month march I didn't used any extra kb's of broadband by me under the combo plan i.e 1.5gb please look into my complaint & collect my bill so that i my deposit the same in time.
