BSNL
Internet connection is very slow

I am using dial up internet connection of bsnl. i am using plan of 250RS/monthofunlimited usage stillitis showing speed 230.4 kbps in the monitor wheni checked using a software it shows only 72kbps .really i want increase the connecion speed over 230.4kbps
