iam dhinakaran in trivandrum KERALA last time i have received a phone bill from bsnl, i am the subscriber of bsnl broadband and my tharif is Rs.750 unlimited plan but i got this Rs.684 in my bill so i have decided to enquire about the bill in that bill they are given number for bill enquiries numbers are 0471-2544500, 2544555 and 2544544 my complaint is whenever i was try to these numbers no one take the phone. so please do the action if necessary.
