The site where we can see our Broadband Usage is occasionally not responds so we are unable to see the actual usage. Some time usage are more than the limit due to this. Is it a BSNL's policy to increase the revenue in such a way (by keeping us in darkness). Please don't play the game with us and keep your usage website ok every time or kindly send daily e-mail of usage so we can use broadband within the limit.
