BSNL
Worst service and worst call center service

I am using BSNL from last 6 yeras. I am still using it just as my number is noted to all my frnds and relatives. BSNL cuts amount for call back tunes even with out changing it or activating it. When we call customer care, here comes worst service I have faced ever. They tell something and do something. They even cut our call and again if we call them some others takes that call. Please take necessary action against BSNL.
