Since last 2 years the underground cable in our area has developed a snag. we have been complaining for it since then, as there is a lot of unwanted noise in our phone and we cannot hear anything properly. I have given written complaints about this matter in the office, but no action has been taken until now. I have even met the company officials in this regard, but it has been useless. I tried to meet the area sub-divisional engineer in this regard, but even he is not showing any interest in solving my problem. Can anybody help me??? I do not know what to do!!!
when these guys can't solve our problems, why don't they just close down the company.
