Magic vouche

I bought a magic voucher of Rs. 225 from a retailer on may 14th. I was informed that the free own network calling facility will be activated from 2300 hrs upto 0700 hrs daily. But quite surprisingly they are charging me @ Rs 0.10 per minute in that duration. The call center employees are also not giving any sort of positive response. My cell no. is 9415705992. Please help me out of this problem. Thanks a lot.
