No shifting of phone even after lapse of 21 days

I have given application for shift of above referred no from Jallahalli Exchange to CV Raman Nagar Exchange on 27 Apr 09. However, my telephone is still under shift even after lapse of more than 21 days.

If I would have applied for a new connection, it would have come within 3/4 days!
