My number show switch off whenever someone call me

Hello sir,

my mobile no. is 9463697594.my no. is not working from 25-05.when some one call me it show switch off.i already compalint to custmor care, he gave me a compalint no. 3266890925.but there is no response till now.please help me to solved my problem.thank u
