Not making out bidding result

I got sms from 55888 (BSNL network) that " bid to win 81 cm SIony Bravio lcd tv (model: klv-32s400a). bid smal and unique to win lcd. sms bid to 55888. winner will be decalred on 18 th may". I have made successful bid however, . results have not ben declared. Further there is no process to contact the concerned persons. I am feeling cheated by BSNL.
