Prepaid gprs

I am a prepaid bsnl consumer. My mobile no is 09431310216. I have activated my gprs through monthly scheme of Rs122. I am in Chaibasa distt. in Jharkhand. I have repeatedly requested to make available gprs facility in Chaibasa which is occuring problem for last one week. But the corrupt officials had made the server down and the bsnl consumer care is making many frivilous pretensions on this gound.
