Unauthorized charges of landline

Although i have one-way connection of my landline connection alongwith bsnl's dataone, still i have got a bill of RS 1071.i should have got the bill of somewhat RS 850 according to the charges of the company as RS 160 for one-way connection and RS 250 of dataone for one month, so it should be around RS 850 for 2 months.plz check what d problem is with it.
