I m a bsnl customer of east zone. From last 1 month the internet on mobile is not coming. i came to know suddenly they change the apn address, thats why it is not coming. some how i collect the new apn address and put in my mobile. after that also the service i could not able to get. i repeatedly tried to talk with customer rep but their service is very poor and phone lines are always busy. so kindly advise what i can do?
