My internet is not working.

I had raised a complaint on 1st june and its still pending.

how many days will it take to solve?

also my phone goes dead everyday and just works for 30 minutes per day.

i am not able to log new complaint as your system says, already a complaint is there.

please let me know when will you be able to solve these issues? will you be able to solve these???

My Phone is dead almost everytime and some days its just working for 30 minutes and then its dead again.

is someone else using my number and making calls in that period??
