Egular disconnection of internet

Sir,

For the past two weeks am not getting regular connectivity of internet as its getting regularly disconnect at least after a minute. Four times i have registered a complaint but no response each time they will give me the complaint no. thats it. The response from them i have recieved is there is a lot of disturbance in your line but there are not rectifying it and not sending the lineman. I want the complete solution for my problem please look into this problem very seriously.it will be very kind of you. My landline number is 24222404.Please make it sure.
