Unfair, Illegal Arbitrary deduction of money from Prepaid mobile

Dear Citizens and all the concerned and honourable friends

This mail is just one of the steps to fight corruption in the system.

I hope you will co-operate.

I want to complain against the unchecked & arbitrary behaviour of BSNL and other companies whereby they Loot public money just like they want.

e.g. My mobile No. was shown a deduction of about 35 Rs. Later a message flashes that some charges have been deducted for caller tune. There was no question of my consent for it. They Never got my consent for it. Nor would I have given my consent for these foolish services.

They must be made accountable for playing fraud on Indian Public and for causing them Wrongful Loss of Crores of Rs. this way.
