I am subscriber of bsnl prepaid mobile having no.9417320733 & 9417761933.On dated i have received a message in my mobile inbox for renewal of bsnl tunes without my subscription & rs. 30 has also deducted from my account balance. therefore reply me why bsnl activate TUNE on my above given cellnos and why deducte rs. 30 from each no.
