Excessive bill

In the month of May.i was surprised about my telephone bill, it was Rs-2986/-.then after i met the SDO of our branch, asked about the billing, he said that it is out going bill, wheather i did not make any call like to get this amount of bill.i resqest SDO to get my billing details, he assurence me that i will give your call details, but still now i do not get any responce from them.

please give me the details.
