Broad band not working Intermittant disconnection

This is to bring to kind attention that Broad Band connection to phone no 0469- 2651613 is cut off from 25/06 and from today 01/07 even telephone is disconnected. All Bills are payed in time and there is no out standing bill on this no. inspite of complaint to different person. The Broad Band Service is given on number 0469-2651613. Which is not working from the last week, Irrespective of repeated complaints to

Please guide me so that I dont have to pay the bill during the period the services was not provided.

More over the harrasement I have gone through has to be pennalised on lethargic staff.
