Landline and internet not working properly

Sir,

I had BSNL company connection with internet facility, but since begning its not working properly (landline and internet). I complain so many time to zirakpur (punjab) exchange, but i couldnot satisfy, now i am in a cretical possision. sir kandly advise me what to do.
