Customer care complaint

My mobile no. is 9410504030, i wanted to activate GPRS on this no. but every time i tried there was the same message " Unable to send request to the router".

i complained to the customer care but after 1 week i am facing the same problem. and on contacting the customer care they give me same reply " please wait for 24 hrs"

kindly resolve my problem.
