I have aaply to change my [plan fronm 500 c to 750 plus on 3re july

my usage detail shows plan change in night of 3re july

but now the company says

ur plan has not changed ot will change on 7th july

but the usage detail shows plan change

and me use acc to shown data

and no body can not help in this matter please help
