PHONE OUT OF ORDER

The BSNL land no.in my fathers name is not working from 10th of Nov.2007 onwards. I have registered a complaint through Telephone Falt Booking Services on 14th. But till date not any action taken from BSNL.Rectify the complaint and give the compensation.
