Excess billing

DEAR SIR/MADAM,

I am ganesh ghosal, my tel no is--03412515072.sir in the month of may i was received a bill, amount of Rs-2986/-, which was my first access billing, agin next month (jun) received a bill of 1839.I dont make any call from my land-line.so for what reason i face this type of amount?

please note my complain, andtake care of this type of harassment matter. Other wise i will cut my line and take some legal step aginst the COMPANY.

This is my second time complain...
