The best and worst service and interaction with customer is too poor worst with BSNL.Dont know what happening with this national wide big service provider. The employees are very less technically skilled and even they didnt know about the particular what about we are asking for. And they always try to skip delay the work and didnt want to make the work get it done.always they use to say " work is pending with some third parties"... In my case i was applied for telephone connection in kothapet exchange.they recorded my order and said with in two days i will get connection, after 1 month of no response i went to exchange and while enquiring they told the exchange associated to my area was affected due to rains and the connectivity broken ..new connections are not possible wait for three months. I felt unhappy about how these employees are doing jobs... with out any efforts and doing no work. Later i went to JTO in the exchange and he suggested to opt for WLL phone as new landline conections is having problems.they created new order and routed me to the concerned office. i went there and asked about the connection they said wll phones out of stock... it will take one month...
OHH God... damn BSNL... again after one month i went for the office and enquired about the connection and now they are saying server is down... we are unable to track your order details...
Could any one of you please blow out away BSNL for the god sake...
