GPRS Service

I am a BSNL subscriber having Mobile No. 9436835650 with GPRS Facility under 199 Plan in my handset Model No. Nokia N72. With much regret to say that, since after activation of GPRS service, till today I am not in a position to access internet facility due to poor service in my own loaclity. Whereas in other locality the service of GPRS is very much satisfactory.

In this regard, it is my earnest request to look into the matter and resolve the issue as early as possible.
