Unauthorised usage of my tel no by someone else

Sir,

I have taken my tel. bill from may - june. although we have not made use of it frequently, even then it amounts to Rs 1500/- When we talk on phone, mostly we hear the voice of two persons chattting on our no. and we are unable to make a call during that period.

kindly provide us the bill details for the above period.
