Plan change problem

Hai,

i am lijan mathew. i live in USA .whenever i tried to call to my house land line.its always dead.300 days in a year its dead.my dad always complaint regarding this issue to the local office .no action taken so far.even we complainted to GM of telephone bhavan, thiruvalla, kerala--no use.

is there any other responsible person in your office who can handle this situation properly.kindly do the needful so that i can call my dad and find about his where abouts. following is house address
