Exchange Goes down during and after power cut

Hi

I live in HSR Sector 2 Bangalore. The exchange goes down during power cut (i.e Phone & broadband does not work during power cut). But it does not stop here. It does not work even after the power is back.

I spoken to exchange people and they said that there is problem with Power backup system thats why it does not work during power cut but since there is no body in the exchange to start it back after the power is back thats why the exchange remains dead for whole night.

Its happening every alternate day. AE promised me that it will be resolved in 2-3 days. BUT now the whole exchange is dead for 2 days. Since it went down on saturday afternoon and today is sunday. so nobody is there to take care of it.

Thats really disgusting. I have 15 complaints during 1 month. but permanent resolution.
