Sir

i am a landline, internet (broad band) consumer of bsnl (bharath sanjar nigam limited)

they promise us 10 to 100 mbps speed but we are getting only 56kb/ps

and not only slow it is difficult to connect and the connection link is not stable. i plead your help.
