I had bought a BSNL 3G Mobile Connection no 9455000754 and on one Nokia Mobile set both for Rs 1-. Despite my request and settings modifications the system did not work in lucknow city. Today I tried to recharge my mobile but I could not do so as the BSNL server was down. As the day will pass the credit shall expire. I could not broadband because of poor services and now I'll have to pay for their inefficiency. I want my money back. Can any one help?
