Eturn of deducted balance

I a consumer of BSNL, Orissa, Berhampur. i have recharged Rs. 99 voucher, which is plan of unlimited gprs browsing for one month, but on 26.08.09 while i am browsing a sum of Rs. 100/- was deducted from my main balance. when i complained it to customer care than they lodged a complain and gave me a complain No. 3632605 and said that if it is technical problem than the deducted amount will be returned. but till date i.e 17.08.09 i have not received my deducted amount and my one month period of gprs was lapshed on 26.07.09 (with in 10 days).
