BSNL wireless broadband service not working

I had taken a bsnl wireless broadband connection few days back. The wireless broadband worked properly only for 2 days. However, if the network cable is connected to my laptop the internet works or else, it gets disconected. I had called 1504 plenty of times and followed their instructions but all went in vain as they said they will pass the complaint to backend office or something and the problem still persists. It was on 15th of August when they said they will get back to me, but till now I did not get any call from concerned people.

What is more painful is that, it takes you minimum of 15 minutes for you to be attended by them (when you call BSNL customer care service numbers 1504 or 18004241600), and if they are not able to solve the issue, it gets cut automatically, and you dial up and wait again, this time for for more than 30 minutes... or you will never get attended throught the day...

Unbelievable?? Believe it...(for those who are not associated with BSNL service)

Yes, ..may be they will be busy attending some other calls, but how come it gets disconnected in the mid of your conversation or why is that they do not get back to us when they say so...

I do not know much about this forum, but I hope that it will serve my purpose.
