Customer Cares Not Giving Information

I have purchased a nokia 6303 phone, i have my gprs service active on my bsnl no 9464551732 but when i am trying to connect to net it is giving error subscribe to packet data first, i calles the bsnl helpline, but in first three calls they didnt even listened to my problem and disconnected the phone, 4th time one answered the call but when i asked him query abt the internet setting i was put on hold for 15 mins and the executive didnt responded again and disconnected the phone, what shall i do?
