Land line phone problem

I had applied for shifting of my phone no. 25243684 on 18 July to KR Puram area. They took nearly one month to shift my phone within same city. The new phone number 28530867 worked for a day and is dead since more than 10 days, moreover the broadband is also dead now. I have already lodged two complains on 18 Aug (No. 0286) and 24 Aug (No. 0400), but till now nothing has happened.
