Regarding deduct balance

I have BSNL Pre-paid mobile connection No. 9460789315. On date 20-8-09 rs. 25 deducted with any reason. I have also contact customer care but he has not given any satisfactory reply in this regard. Please rectify my problem other wise I complaint in consumer court.
